服务器保存什么 / Server-held data

账户编号、规范账户名、显示名称、头像、带随机盐的密码哈希、登录会话、设备公开身份密钥、好友与群成员关系、在线状态、屏蔽与举报元数据，以及你主动创建的上线约定、时间和响应。不会保存明文密码。

We retain account/profile information, salted password hashes, sessions, public identity keys, relationship/group lists, presence, block/report metadata, and explicit online appointments and responses. We do not retain plaintext passwords.

聊天内容 / Conversation content

普通文字、照片、附件、语音消息和实时音视频通过 WebRTC 在参与者设备之间传输，HOTCHAT 服务器不持久保存这些内容。建立连接时服务器临时转发连接信令；运行服务器及提供域名/TLS的网络服务仍可能处理连接IP等技术元数据。

Messages, attachments and call media travel through WebRTC between participants. HOTCHAT does not persist this content. Transient signaling establishes connections. Network infrastructure necessarily processes technical metadata such as connection IP addresses.

你的设备与对方 / Your device and recipients

本机消息、通讯录快照和预约快照加密保存。设备密钥由支持的平台本机密钥机制保护。浏览器使用本地不可导出密钥。对方仍能保存、拍摄、复制或转发收到的内容；本机加密并不能阻止接收方这样做。使用公开网络连接时，直连对方可能获知你的网络IP。核对双方安全码可帮助发现身份密钥变化。

Local records are encrypted on the device. Native platforms protect storage secrets with platform key storage; browsers use non-exportable local keys. Recipients can still copy, photograph or forward received content. Direct peers may learn your network IP. Compare safety codes through another trusted channel to verify identity.

直播 / Live sessions

若使用设备转发的直播，直播观看与中间设备会处理媒体轨道；这是直播连接机制，不能理解为直播媒体只被主播与最终观看者看到。直播不经过 HOTCHAT 媒体服务器。

Device-forwarded live sessions expose media tracks to viewing and forwarding devices. This is distinct from private chat. HOTCHAT does not run a media relay.

离线、权限和提醒 / Offline use and permissions

相机、麦克风和文件选择只在你选择相应功能时使用，拒绝权限仍可使用其他功能。预约提醒是你设备上的本机提醒，不是离线聊天消息推送。页面公开资源可缓存以支持再次离线打开，API回复和聊天不会加入公开页面缓存。

Camera, microphone and file access are requested for the relevant feature. Appointment reminders are local notifications, not offline message delivery. Public interface assets may be cached for offline reopening; API responses and conversations are excluded from that cache.

删除、退出与保留 / Deletion and retention

退出登录撤销本机自动恢复；清除本机消息只影响此设备。注销需要验证当前账户密码，只删除 HOTCHAT 自己这个账户、关系和相关服务数据，不注销热爱/其他APP账户；共享群仍由其他成员继续使用。对方设备已有聊天副本不由我们的服务器控制，不能承诺随注销删除。浏览器/系统缓存需通过设备设置清除。

Signing out stops local automatic restoration. Local clear affects this device only. Account deletion verifies your password and deletes this HOTCHAT account and associated service data; it does not delete accounts in other apps. Shared groups remain available to other members. Other devices retain their copies; server-side deletion cannot remove those copies. Browser/system caches can be removed in device settings.
